Is this Free Standing rack suitable for Pull Ups / Chins?
Yes, the GymEx Free Standing Rack is suitable for Pull Ups / Chins. However, It would not recommended to be doing any kipping or swinging motion CrossFit style exercises on this particularly product unless it is securely mounted to either a wall or floor.
Can these Free standing Squat Racks be cut to size to suit my room?
Yes - upon purchasing please leave a note to let our team know the exact size you need your squat rack cut. This is no additional charge.
Do you have to mount your rack in any capacity?
No unless you wish to use it for Swinging and Kipping style exercises. However, a big advantage of this rack is the capacity to move it around to different areas in the gym
