RETURNS & SHIPPING

IF YOU'VE CHANGED YOUR MIND

If you’ve made a purchase and would like to cancel it, you can do so if you notify us within 14 days of receipt of cancellable goods. Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable, unless faulty.

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You are obliged to organise and pay for the return of the item(s). We recommend you consider using a trackable delivery service. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned items.

Please email info@gym-ex.com to arrange a return. Please provide the below information:

  • Order No

  • Item(s) to be returned

  • Reason for return

 

You must do this before sending any items back. A returns form will then be issued to you to include with your package.

Securely wrap your item back in it’s original packaging and send it to the address below with the returns form:

IF GOODS ARE FAULTY, DAMAGED OR NOT AS DESCRIBED

If you’ve received goods and within 30 days of receipt, they are faulty, damaged or not as described then we can offer a refund, repair or replacement. We will arrange and pay for collection of the goods, along with delivery of a replacement if applicable.

If you’ve had the items for longer than 30 days’ we will not offer a full refund but will still repair or replace the items as long as it’s within the warranty period.

REFUND POLICY

We hope that you are happy with your GYMEX products. However, at times due to size, colour or type some items might not be the right fit for you. If this happens you have 14 days from the date of receiving the item to request a refund.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM THAT I NO LONGER REQUIRE?

-Fill in the Returns Form

-Repackage the item in its original packaging and with the item tags included.

-Attach the Returns Form to the packaging by folding the form in half.

-Returns will be processed within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse.

-Once the item has been inspected, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement item.

-It sometimes takes up to 14 days for refunds to appear in your bank statement as bank processes vary by the institutions.

-Shipping costs are the buyers responsibility unless the product was originally damaged

HOW DO I RETURN A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM?

-Fill in the Returns Form 

-Repackage the item in its original packaging and with the item tags included.

-Attach the Returns Form to the packaging by folding the form in half. 

-Once these steps have been completed, contact our Customer Service team by emailing info@gym-ex.com stating the reason for the return.

-Our team will then arrange a courier to collect this item from you within the next 24-48 hours.

-Once the item has been inspected, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement item.

-It sometimes takes up to 14 days for refunds to appear in your bank statement as bank processes vary by the institutions.

WARRANTY

- All GYMEX branded equipment is covered by a limited 12-month warranty.

- All metalwork or manufactured items are covered by a lifetime guarantee.

- Warranty terms do not extend to damage arising from improper use, normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, alteration, misuse, negligence, or otherwise not arising from defects of material or workmanship.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF A RETURN

- All goods must be in a new resalable condition the product must not be defective or used by the client and contain all original parts and accessories. This must include all original packaging and tags.

- We may decline a return during the process if the items returned have been damaged or any of the above stipulations have not been met.  

-We will only refund a delivery charge when there has been a direct error in the delivery process. Delivery charges will not be refunded for late deliveries within a reasonable timeframe.

-Any items returned for refund without original documentation or without return form will be rejected.

-Please clearly state on the invoice/return form the reason for return.

-Returns will be processed within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse.

-It sometimes takes up to 14 days to appear in your bank statement as bank processes vary by the institutions.

-Please note that refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

ORDER TRACKING

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping courier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

SHIPPING RATES 

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and volume of your products as well as your location. Before the final checkout page, you will have the opportunity to generate an estimated cost of shipping. For orders outside the EU all taxes, duties and VAT if applicable will defer and it will be the responsibility of the client to pay these charges when the order arrives in their destination country.
